I actually thought I had renewed my breakdown policy so I was surprised and grateful to receive a telephone call from Sarah asking if I wanted to renew. ( I believe I hadn't renewed it as I am normally prompted by a letter in the post from you but Sarah told me that reminders are now sent via email but as you had the wrong email address for me I never received the reminder). I had no hesitation in renewing as I think you provide excellent breakdown cover and it was a simple process renewing over the phone via Sarah who was both extremely efficient and helpful. Incidentally you now have my current email address so there shouldn't be a problem next year !
