Have been happy with Autoaid over many years now, but this year we did not receive our customary renewal letter, apparently only an email to an out of date account which we no longer use. We were thus left with no cover and a two months out of date policy which we were not able to renew, and had to risk 48 hours with no cover due to your current renewal/restart policy.
We have now started a new policy with you and hopefully all is well as we didnt break down in the 48 hours hiatus.
The telephone renewal process was tiresome and lengthy due to regulations but succesful and Anita did her job efficiently.
