Duma was a delight. He was polite, calm, clear, and not patronising. I had all my queries dealt with promptly, and I got the impression he was a happy man in his job. The sun is shining, I've renewed my car cover, it might be over the top but when you've dealt with dickheads over the phone, one shouldn't take for granted a polite and efficient transaction. Buy the man a beer or appropriate drink from me.
