I wouldn't say she made me happy - it was a bit of a struggle from her end as I had to repeat my surname FOUR times and my wife also told her the surname. Furthermore, my wife was given a different ref number to the one she had been trying to use on line. When my wife asked why the ref number had changed she was not given an answer. Finally (nothing to do with the clerk Nita), why do you cause us to use an expensive telephone number when we have been customers for years?
