I have only had to use Auto Aid Breakdown once but the mechanic who came from the garage you sent to me dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently. He manhandled my car, which was on my drive, onto a low loader and took it to my garage. I asked about the payment up front, he rang his boss and said, 'No charge'. This saved me and Auto Aid money. Very impressed!
