Kavelle was very helpful and answered my questions fully. This is our second year with Autoaid and so far not had to make a call out for assistance so cannot comment on how efficient they are in dealing with an emergency. Their price is very competitive compared with the likes of AA and RAC which we had been with for years without ever having to call them out but had to find an alternative insurer as their prices are ridiculously high.
