The lovely treasure that is Elsie, politely mentioned I was not covered for breakdown which I hadn't even thought of until now. Elsie explained what the policy covered and asked if that was something I thought I would benefit from. Elsie is a credit to the business and sounds like she loves her job. Thank you!
