In addition when my policy expired due to an inclusive agreement with the then insurer I was telephoned to ask why I had not renewed which I though was excellent work in retaining existing customer base. At the time it was tempting not to continue with the agreement as I believe it is a good cover. Perhaps a small incentive may have got me renewing at the time.
