I looked up reviews on Auto Aid Breakdown and had various queries and so phoned the office who gave me answers to the questions. As a result took out a subscription for a year which took a few minutes. I know joining online is fast but there is also something about the personal touch. My contract doesn't start for another couple of weeks and so I'm unable to comment on service aspects.
