Only taken out today but seems excellent value for money. Advisor Nita was very helpful and took time going through the information. Don't usually take out extras but for 12 ponds a year the key policy has got to be worth the price. Did ask how long call out time in case of breakdown and informed approximate time 55 minutes. Glad they do not automatically renew policy but invite renewal. Only time will tell how good the service is if required.
