The price is what makes me happy as it covers me (and my wife) not just the car. Not sure how well this sells to people who aren't married. Only issue I had was that I wasn't in a rush to get this renewed - and frankly I was getting annoyed at the persistent reminders (phone call / text and 4 e-mails) I didn't renew in time. It was the weekend and I wasn't going anywhere so I decided to call this morning to renew (a day late) and now I'm told that this is no longer a renewal and is handled at full price (admittedly only a quid or so) and I'm regarded as a new customer. This isn't mentioned anywhere in the paperwork, e-mails sent through or the pdf that comes with the e-mails. Not happy with this - the issue rather than the cash - and it would make me think twice if asked for a recommendation. So much better when everything is transparent and out in the open. I did call to complain but was told effectively that this is company policy and thanks for the call - it made me feel that I'd been told off and to go away and stop bothering us.
