Having missed my renewal, was advised I would need to take out a new policy at an increased premium. The staff advised that the system would not let them make any alterations. I pleaded my case as a loyal customer and the staff took this up with the underwriters. True to their word, they called me back and advised they could honour the original renewal. Cannot fault the professionlism, the personal touch or the dedication to customer service. When so many businesses only pay lip service to their customers, this was a breath of fresh air. Well done and highly recommended.
