This was only dealing with renewal (which had been on my mind, but I had not got round to doing). I rang the number in the reminder email - Sarah answered quickly, found my renewal information almost immediately and processed the renewal (sending out the documents) within 5 minutes of me calling. Brilliantly pleasant and extremely efficient.
