I was disappointed to learn that if the documents were not sent to me online via email there would be a charge of £5.00 for sending the documents through the post. This is discriminating against people who don't have an email or want to have the paper documents rather than printing them themselves or perhaps don't have printer. My wife, for one, would be very unhappy about this and I would like to suggest you review this policy.
