Well I've not had to actually use the service for a recovery, but the service when I call has always been polite, quick and easy. Melissa, on this occasion was polite and not pushy with the sale of other products (I understand she has a job to do and expect a little upsale). So far 100% happy with the service. I hope I never have to actually use Auto Aid but if I do, I hope you live up to the service provided so far. Rich
