The telephone operator was extremely efficient this morning when I rang to renew my policy. The conversation was completed in under 5 minutes and a confirmation e-mail was received almost as soon as I hung up the 'phone. I have had to call Auto Aid out in the past when I have broken down. Although I've had to wait a while for someone to get to me, I think that probably the same would be the case with other breakdown companies if you are not given a priority callout.
