The price is very good indeed so have just renewed. Have no idea about the service as did not have any reason to call them out over the last year. Currently there is an offer for NEW customers only of 15 months for the price of 12 months. They could have made existing customers a lot happier by at least including them in the offer or, even happier, by giving them a slightly better offer e.g. 16 months for the price of 12 months.
