To be honest I have not yet had to use Auto Aid Breakdown but if their sales representatives are a way to judge the company then I have nothing but good things to say. I received a prompt renewal email, no harassing post or phone calls and the best part of all is the minimal increase in price upon renewal! All in all a great company.
