The lady I spoke to, Nita, was very helpful. She answered the phone quickly (no being kept on hold) and sorted my policy out.
My only issue was that I had tried to renew online, but your website would not let me renew, so my old policy expired and I am now deemed to be a "new customer". This should not affect anything, but it would have been nice to complet the process online.
