It's understandable that you want to get feedback, hence why you ask, long standing customers, such as myself to give a rating. However I do strongly feel that the rates have gone up and I for one have never received a reduction even thou I have never claimed. Why?
You may perhaps also think about given loyal customers, like my self, something by way of a reward or a good will gesture for doing a review for your and paying each year without really questioning the high charges. I would say the lady who took my call was polite and respectful.
