Very efficient administration team, telephone answered immediately (not an automated message telling me how important my call is, but then leaving me hanging on - at my expense - for ages), price of recovery very competitive. When I have had to call on AutoAid to rescue me, I have been rescued quickly, efficiently and professionally. All staff have been efficient, professional and friendly.
