I rang the helpline earlier today as I had made a mistake on the policy details online. I got through to Jessica, who was really polite and helpful. She explained that she could help me change my policy whilst I was on the phone and sent email confirmation through straight away. Just like to say thank you for the exceptional customer service as I appreciate that it must be a really busy time & it was my mistake. Such a relief to get it sorted there and then! Thanks!
