Their system was down when I phoned to renew earlier in the week and I had to try again next day.It was still down and as it was nearly due they said not to worry they would ring me when it was running again,and in any case they would honour it if it couldn't be done in time.This morning a young lady rang me back to say all was now ok if I still wanted to go ahead,and it was all done and emailed to me in seconds.Thank you.
