An excellent service at a very competitive price. Unfortunately it is not supported by a system of administration that is customer friendly. Web site does not respond as it should; by refusing to recognise policy number. eMails are sent out but replies do not seem to know of the existence of the original. Personal contact is cold and mechanical.
