Antonya was helpful and clear in explaining the policy.
My only problem has been that I was not able to renew online, despite getting numerous emails and texts. I did speak to someone earlier but she did not know when the system would be up and running again . I presume the days when I could not get through was likely to be weather/staff problems, but there was no option to leave a message
