The service when needed is great. The person on the phone today wasn't very customer friendly. The phone had quite aloud buzz in the background was difficult to hear. Did mention but nothing done. Then told my card wasn't good but the numbers had been entered incorrectly. Told him to retry and all was well. Don't think he was happy because I wouldn't take out the extra insurance. Did want to renew online but my telephone no was incorrect so phone the no given there to call and it didn't work.
