I telephoned to renew my policy because having been directed to renew online in the renewal reminder email, when I did go online to your site, a message came up that I COULDN'T renew it online, which was rather annoying. However, your telephone clerk was efficient and gave me a reason why online renewal hadn't been possible - so that part of the experience was good.
