Antonya was very helpful - I needed to change my contact information and renew my policy, and she dealt with it all very efficiently and in a friendly manner.
I have had claims in the past which were settles very speedily with a minimum of hassle. It has given me the confidence to renew the policy every year since, knowing that I will be covered adequately.
The policy is also a good price - if it were to rise in cost significantly though, I would consider looking at other providers. As it stands, I recommend Autoaid to all my friends & family!
