I telephoned this afternoon and Kavelle answered very quickly, I explained that my renewal was due. She asked me a number of security questions and explained the changes that had been made in the current system, and answered any questions in clear English. Without any pressure selling she convinced me that for a small additional sum my keys could be covered against loss, which seemed a worthwhile additional cover. The full transaction was completed very swiftly and I explained that I was very impressed with the whole experience.
