I have been fortunate in the period I have had Auto Aid Breakdown cover both with car seldom needing emergency care and with staff I have had to contact. Courteous on phone. Local service which had to be summoned was efficient and prompt.
I did raise the issue I had over a charge being made for a bona fide payment by cheque. There are older people with no internet connection or proficiency but who are paying their premiums promptly by cheque. This seems unfair and if the banks insist they should be challenged. You are still getting the money.
