It’s a cost-effective provider of breakdown services, essentially an agent that books local breakdown trucks wherever you happen to be, and looks after the processing and refunding of charges made by them. In my experience over 25 or more years with AutoAid, their quick and friendly response to emergency calls, and subsequent claiming process has been pain-free on those infrequent occasions I’ve needed them.
