We lost all our money from the booking because they do not accept Apple Pay on-site. We have an online bank that does not provide physical cards, so we were unable to physically show them a card to rent a car.
Furthermore, a refund is not possible as they redirect us to the online portal where we made the booking, and the online portal advises us to contact them locally.
Therefore, I would recommend avoiding booking from this company.
