Customer service is non-existent. If you have any problems don't expect anything from them. Only support phone number is international (Germany), very restricted hours to call, and they were only able to assist me in English.
After a month they had not responded to my complaint through their website.
They still had the humor to apologize for the "small delay" in contacting me. They did not resolve anything for me, they did not cover anything. They are a scam
