The problem of some people is that they do the reservations and don't read the terms and conditions and just accept. If you don't read how come you can blame the company?? I work on a car rental and i see this all the time! People that don't have credit card and the company does not accept debit and wants to use the card of the husband or wife! You can have a joint account but cards are personal, if it has a name is because ONLY that person can use and not anyone else.
Learn to read the vouchers before coming to the desks!!
