Worse experience in a car rental we’ve ever encountered The customer service team did not care to help us with our issues. To sum it up we paid for a car rental and got an entirely different lower grade vehicle than the “similar” they promised since the one we wanted wasn’t available, not only did we NOT get our car as described in the contract we were charged extra! And not for damages fuel or anything wrong just because we asked for a similar vehicle yea that’s right and we still didn’t get anything even close wow! stay away from this place they will not support you at all the customer service team does not care about customers clearly!
