Hired a car for our trip to Orlando
Hired a car for our trip to Orlando. The car ordered was a Ford focus or similar. When we got to the Thrifty desk the car Auto Europe had arranged was a Toyota Yaris , I did look at the Yaris &it was too small for 3 adults with suitcases . So I ended up paying $120.00 for an upgrade . I contacted Auto Europe customers care 2 weeks ago and they have not even had the decency to acknowledge my query .
