It would have been good if the on-line renewal worked, it was repeatedly, 'Oops something is wrong with our system'.
The phone renewal was fine & relatively painless, except for attempting to upsell me something already on my policy.
I didn't have to wait to speak with someone, & there was no multitude of menu options to navigate nor was there any voice recognition that doesn't understand a Scottish accent, so not bad considering.
The human I spoke to understood me, so we conversed easily too.
