I was able to renew my breakdown cover when I got through to Amy on your general number, having got no answer on the designated payment 'phone line and previously having been unable to renew on line, as the premium shown differed from that on my renewal papers. However, as long as long as I can receive my renewal documents by post and you respond quickly in any unfortunate breakdown event I shall be happy!
