Only ever called out once some years ago with satisfactory result.
Had trouble getting through by phone, so e mailed. Prompt reply.
Appreciate many working from home but that cannot continue
unless the customer service equals or betters that previously.
You cannot get through to some services. However, my Stars
are Samsung who came out three times at short notice to my
washing machine at the height of the pandemic last year and
persevered until the problem was solved.
