Have used them for years now. On rare occasions I have needed to cal for help, I have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Also when I have ‘phoned to make changes or renew my policy, the staff have been most helpful and responded well to my questions. I have always been satisfied with the service I have received. Today was no exception when I spoke to Jessica, who was polite, good humoured and efficient.
