Telephoned to renew my annual policy and was answered straight away by Sam, very nice and polite. Took some security details and i was able to renew my policy there and then,no fuss,no trouble. I wasn't able to renew online as it was giving me the incorrect amount to pay,hence the telephone call,but this was explained to me by Sam who said it was due to a discount offered. Helpful and friendly and professional attitude.Have been with Auto national for a good few years now and i wouldn't take my custom anywhere else!
