I have been with AutoNational for many years and fortunately, seldom used their services, but when I have, the service had been without fault. I received a renewal email which included the cost. I tried to renew on line but was was offered a renewal price of 260% more than offered in the email, so had to phone to sort pricing out. Tina Hogan of AutoNational offered a friendly but respectful service. Mrs Hogan resolved the problem to my satisfaction, thus awarded 5 star, the website awarded 2 star.
