It is always a pleasure to show my appreciation to your staff. I spoke with Jessica today & she is one of many of Autonational employees I've dealt with over the years that have carried-out their duties with excellent Customer Care. She displayed: courtesy, efficiency & very good product knowledge today. Having been involved as a Management & Staff Trainer within the retail industry previously for many years (now retired), then I can & do appreciate how difficult & challenging customers can be.
