Have been with Auto National for several years and, fortunately, only had to call them once. The service was quick and very efficient, keeping me updated on when they would arrive and sorting out my breakdown on the spot. Although I had some difficulty accessing the website for my renewal, I was eventually able to successfully renew via helpful customer service on the telephone.
