The lady I spoke to was very helpful in sorting out my problem.
The problem does need to be addressed by autonational, I paid for the wrong policy on line and was originally told it would cost £15 to cancel and then pay again for the upgrade. This is ridiculous considering I'd paid por it on line and less than 30 mins prior to my call plus my policy wasn't due to start for two days! Absolutely scandalous!
But the nice lady did sort it out, thankfully.
