I've been a member of Autonational Rescue for many years and only ever used them once. On that occasion I had no issues whatsoever with their service. I have since moved from the UK to the Channel Islands and I have continued to use this company for my car breakdown cover. Regrettably, this year I asked the company to remove IPT from my invoice as residents of the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are not subject to IPT. Unfortunately the first call handler I spoke to when renewal was due seemed unable or reluctant to help me over this issue and despite stating that they would email me never did. However, on the second occasion a lady called Nita dealt with the issue efficiently and quite quickly.
