The person who dealt with my application was efficient but lacked warmth. Changes have happened since a year ago eg No written certificate for breakdown purposes, you have to copy it off the net. A cost cutting exercise which needed to be explained with understanding
not said in a cold, clinical manner. Stayed with AN on this occasion but would think seriously
the next time of moving to somebody else.
