Prompt renewal process which is very good.
Not so happy that there is now a premium to pay of you do everything by post. This appears unfair on people who either do not have a computer (My father-in-law) and not computer literate (my older family members)
Not had to call on breakdown for many years so the proof will be in how I'm dealt with in the event of a breakdown. Used Auto National Rescue over the past 20 + years only stopping when the breakdown cover is free with a new car.
