The stars I have given doesnot relate to the young man who dealt with my renewal. I was disappointed that I waited a long time on the phone to speak to someone. I would have prefered to renew on line but there seems to be a problem with your renewal web page.
After trying to renew on line several times I had to do it by telephone which took up more of my time. Not good service when you advertise the quickest way to renew is online.
