I was not happy today as I had been sent 2 emails in May to renew online the system would not let me renew I tried to telephone on a couple of occasions and could not get through, Saturday was the last time I tried and was not able to get through, I rang today and was told the interest the government had put on had gone up, even though my quote was dated at the first price. I felt disrespected as I have been a customer for many years gradually adding our cars along the way as my children purchased cars and I thought I was a valued customer, if my car was newer I would have changed the breakdown cover to another provider.
